Nevonna Davis–a veteran employed at the Veterans Administration hospital in Miami–is a single parent juggling a job, family and school. Despite difficulties attending courses in the classroom environment, Davis refused to give up on her dreams. She shifted her studies online to take maximize her study time and pursue her MBA from Kaplan University.
