Academics

Through King College Online, students are able to learn at their own pace whenever and wherever they want to. The online MBA program is designed to help students learn different methods of management, theoretical systems, and research. It also helps students develop helpful skills and ethical practices needed in the world of business.

There are a total of 37 required credit hours in the online MBA program. Classes are normally small and consist of individual preparation and work as well as small group discussions. The curriculum allows for team-based learning to help students develop personal and professional skills.

In the online MBA program, there are four different areas of specialization that students can choose to get their degree in. The human resources specialization helps prepare students for executive human resources management by teaching skills in leadership as well as training and development. Healthcare management will help prepare students for a leadership position as a practicing health care professional. A marketing specialization helps prepare students for a position as a leader, marketing executive or planner, or in promotion and advertising. Students can also choose a specialization in finance that will help them develop skills for financial leadership roles in both the public and private sectors such as corporations or financial planning firms.
