Lynn University, which was founded in 1962, is located in lush Boca Raton, Fla. About 2,100 students are enrolled at the school, which is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
Lynn University’s College of Business and Management is accredited by the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education.
The business school offers seven MBA concentrations: Marketing, International Business, Financial Valuation and Investment Management, Mass Communication and Media Management, Hospitality Management, Sports and Athletics Management, and Aviation Management.
The student must complete the 36-hour program within 48 months and maintain a 3.0 GPA throughout, earning a C or higher in each course.
The requirements for applying to Lynn University’s online MBA program include:
- Completion of the graduate school application
- Submitting of a resume and personal statement
- A cumulative GPA of 2.5 from an accredited four-year undergraduate school or a previous graduate degree
- Two letters of recommendation with at least one being from an academic source
- Completion of a Quantitative Method, Calculus or Pre-Calculus course and a Statistics class at the college level with a final grade of a B or higher
- $45 application fee
