Introduction

Norwich University, a private university in Northfield, Vermont, was originally founded in 1819. The school is currently the oldest of six senior military colleges and was the birthplace of the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC). Throughout its rich history, the school has provided an academic environment focused on real-world challenges. Academics

When students chooses Norwich University, they encounter curriculum geared towards helping redefine their career paths and obtain a results-oriented online MBA. By the time they graduate, students will be able to have a working knowledge of strategic resource management, managerial finance, marketing management, operations management, and strategic management. By understanding these concepts, students will understand the primary functions that are needed in business management. At the beginning of the program, students will choose if they want to take the traditional route or take the advanced route. The traditional MBA program will consist of 48 credit hours. The accelerated MBA program will allow students to graduate after 36 credit hours. Students can also choose to specialize in finance, organizational leadership, or project management. Upon graduation, all students will take a MBA comprehensive exam. This test is required to graduate. It will cover all business concepts that students learned throughout the program. Certain specializations will also require that students complete a research project before graduation. This will showcase the students understanding of all concepts covered during the program.
