The Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) has accredited the University of La Verne to award degrees to graduating students.


University of La Verne provides a Master of Business Administration for Experienced Professionals through a completely online delivery method. The program is designed to develop effective leaders in the business world, accepts adult professionals with a minimum of three years full-time professional experience whether they have an undergraduate business degree or not. Integrating management theory with real-world application, experienced business professionals receive an education that thoroughly prepares them for advancement within their career.

Students entering the program are expected to have a solid understanding of word processing, spreadsheets, electronic communication, information retrieval via internet, and have access to a personal computer. They must also have the ability to apply mathematical skills for solving basic economic equations and business problems. The total program consists of 33 semester hours – 18 of which are core courses. Students can choose their electives and concentrations specific to their desired area of expertise. All courses are delivered online, which gives working professionals greater flexibility.
