The University of New Hampshire’s Whittemore School of Business and Economics launches a new fully-online MBA for the Fall 2012 term. Mirroring the school’s part-time MBA program, which is the university’s most popular graduate offering, classes will be taught solely by UNH faculty. The program allows students to complete the MBA degree at their own pace and can be completed in as little as 19 months, and in a maximum of six years.
The University of New Hampshire’s Whittemore School of Business and Economics is institutionally-accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), a distinction given to only about 5% of the world’s business schools.
Delivered asynchronously, the online MBA program will teach the same business skills and other learning objectives of the school’s part-time MBA program, which was ranked No.102 by U.S. News and World Report domestically.
The online courses also will be interchangeable with the courses taught at the school’s physical campuses in Durham or Manchester.
Along with a general MBA, students can choose to specialize one of the following areas: Marketing and Supply Chain Management, Entrepreneurial Venture Creation, and Financial Management. In the future, more specializations will be brought online.
The following materials are needed upon application:
- A baccalaureate degree program must be completed prior to beginning the program.
- Applicants are required to submit copies of prior academic records
- GMAT scores
- Three references
- Personal essays
- Complete graduate school application
