Miami graduates join a massive alumni network with professionals in many different disciplines and industries. The main UM campus in Coral Gables is located within seven miles of downtown Miami. As one of the world’s most popular vacation destinations, Miami offers opportunities to experience diverse food, culture, and entertainment. UM students benefit from close proximity to attractions like South Beach, the Calle Ocho region, the Florida Keys, and the Everglades National Park.
Students at UM benefit from several MBA program options: a full-time MBA; an accelerated MBA; a professional MBA; an online MBA; and executive MBAs for artists and athletes and health sector management, Spanish, and real estate professionals. In the online program, learners can concentrate in finance or accounting.
UM hosts more than 270 clubs, 40 service organizations, and 26 sororities and fraternities. For business students, UM offers more than 15 business-related clubs and organizations. Online students can join many of the on-campus clubs, particularly those that allow remote contributions.
Applicants to the online MBA program must hold a bachelor’s degree and submit GMAT or GRE scores, a resume with relevant experience, two professional recommendations, and a personal statement. After acceptance, enrollees can participate in an optional on-campus orientation and campus tour.
Online MBA students may qualify for internal merit scholarships, which can reduce the cost of tuition by up to 28%. Learners can also apply for federal financial aid, private loans, work tuition support, and third-party scholarships.
