A Catholic university established in Brooklyn in 1870, SJU moved to Queens in 1954. Today, the university enrolls more than 21,000 students across four New York campuses, three international campuses, and online.
SJU's Peter J. Tobin College of Business offers an online MBA with 10 concentrations, including taxation, risk and financial advisory, and strategic management. Students may take courses in real time or at their convenience. Learners complete all classes online or enroll onsite for less than 50% of their total course load.
Students in all concentrations take the same core courses, including industrial economics, managing for global success, and a capstone seminar in business policy. They follow up with nine credits in their chosen specialization.
